How long do we wait with closure of the ticket in case of no customer respond.

# Root-cause

Customer did not respond to our email

  • Wait 14 days for response
  • After that time send gentle reminder
  • Wait 7 days for response
  • In case of no reponse close the ticket

# Workarounds


  • Only in cases which cannot be closed without user reply
  • Time counts from the date of our last email
