# Assigning GUID number to the managed user in UAT

# Description

Sometimes users have managed status, but have no GUID number

# Root-cause

User is managed in UAT but have no GUID number assigned

  • On the user’s page click on Managing applications

  • From the list blow find Ability Marketplace
  • Click on the Add button next to it

You need to wait until acceptance. After you will receive an email, go back to the user’s account

  • From the menu on right choose an option Update user data

  • Fill up the GUID
  • Fill up the reason

Something like: Assigning correct GUID number to the user based on his registration form

  • Click on “Change user data” button
  • After that you need to wait 3 days for acceptance

# Workarounds

None

  • You need to wait due to the fact that the person is not only managed by you
