# Assigning GUID number to the managed user in UAT
# Description
Sometimes users have managed status, but have no GUID number
# Root-cause
User is managed in UAT but have no GUID number assigned
# Recommended solution
- On the user’s page click on Managing applications
- From the list blow find Ability Marketplace
- Click on the Add button next to it
You need to wait until acceptance. After you will receive an email, go back to the user’s account
- From the menu on right choose an option Update user data
- Fill up the GUID
- Fill up the reason
Something like: Assigning correct GUID number to the user based on his registration form
- Click on “Change user data” button
- After that you need to wait 3 days for acceptance

- You need to wait due to the fact that the person is not only managed by you
